All in stock orders ship from our studio within 5 business days, unless otherwise noted. Expect delivery within 2-5 business days after your order ships. Upon shipping, you will receive a tracking/confirmation email. We ship via Fed Ex ground from our studio in Ojai, CA. If you need an order to arrive by a certain day for a gift, please email us at email@example.com and we will do everything I can to accommodate your request.

Pottery is fragile, and although we take many precautions to ship safely, a few rare boxes arrive damaged every year. We will facilitate an exchange as soon as possible. If your items arrive damaged, please email us with a photo of how the package was received within 5 business days. We will need photo evidence to submit to Fed Ex for insurance purposes.
If your order is lost or stolen upon delivery, it is most effective for you to contact Fed Ex directly. Thanks!
